I contacted look celeb as i could not get my hair piece at the usual place. A friendly helpful guy rang me back promptly, checked if they had it in stock and actually walked me through ordering it online. I recieved my item a coulple of days later. Perfect in an age where customer service is dead! This was what i call in my words, as fantastic customer experience. Before i found look celeb another company took my money on line and sent me the wrong colour. I will be using look celeb again.
