 1.How much do you charge for delivery?  
 
Postage and packaging is automatically calculated the shopping cart on the basis of product weight and destination. To determine delivery charge, add the required products to your shopping basket, view basket and then select a delivery method.

We deliver worldwide (Europe, USA and The rest of the world)

 3.What happens when you make a delivery in my absence?  
 
A signature is required for all our deliveries and if there’s no one in, the courier will leave a card in the door indicating which delivery office the goods have been sent to, as well as how to arrange re-delivery.

 4.Do you have any delivery restrictions?  
 
Yes. We do not currently deliver to P.O Box or BFPO or AFPO addresses. If you'd like us to deliver to a BFPO address, just drop us an email and we'll send you a quote.

 5.Which courier compaies do you use?  
 
We use Royal Mail and DHL for deliveries to destinations in the UK, The Rest of Europe, USA and the Rest of World.

Yes, anyone at the specified delivery address can sign for the goods on arrival.

 7.How do I change my shipping address for an order already placed?  
 
If you need to change the shipping address after you have placed an order, you will need to contact us. Please bear in mind that we cannot grant this request if your order has already been dispatched

 8.How do I review the status of my order?  
 
Regardless of the payment gateway you use (Google Checkout or Paypal) we will usually send you 2 emails when you palce an order. You receive an order confirmation eamil as soon as you place your order and a shipment confirmation when your order is dispatched.
 
How to check your order status if you use Google checkout
After you make a purchase, you can review its status signing in to your Google Account. Here is how:
1. Sign in to your Google Account.
2. On the Purchase History page, check the Status column.
With some orders, you will have the option to track the package after it has been sent usr. If available, click Tracking No... in the Status column to see your order's estimated time of arrival.

 9.How can I cancel an order?  
 
To cancel an order simply send us a brief message and we'll act on it with lightning speed! If your order has already been dispatched,  you may return the package as soon as you recive it. However, depending on the reason for cancellation or return you may be charged a restocking fee of £10. To learn more about circumstances under which w may charge a restoking fee please read below "What do I do if I need to return an item/ request a refund? "

 10.What do I do if I need to return an item/ request a refund?  
 

a) Damaged/Wrong Goods Delivered
If the goods sent to you are damaged or incorrect, please follow the instructions below as applicable:
(i) Retain damaged goods for inspection, as our delivery service may want to have the goods for insurance purposes.
(ii) Contact us within two working days of delivery using the form on the
contact page.
(iii) We will agree with you to either replace the damaged goods at our expense or send you a full refund within 21 days. This is the worst case scenario. You should normall receive a refund within 7 days. (We will send you an email confirming this.)
(b) Any Other Reason
(i) Where you change you mind for reasons other than those indicated in (a) above you will have to make your own arrangements to return the goods to us courier. We operate from multiple locations and we will provide an address to return the goods to.
(ii) We will then refund your money within 21 days of receipt of the goods. A restocking fee of £10 applies.

In every case, please endeavour to return the goods in their original packaging.

It is our policy to endeavour to respond to all customer enquiries within 24hours, no matter when the enquiry was recieved. (Including weekend and holidays). Over 95% of queries aranswered within 1 to 2 hours and less than 5% are responded to within 24 hours.
